Advanced Placement

The College Board's Advanced Placement courses are college-level classes in a wide variety of subjects that students can take while still in high school. They offer challenging course work and a taste of what college classes are like. Ursuline Academy offers the following AP courses:
 
Calculus AB
Chemistry
Computer Science Principles
English
Psychology
U.S. Government
U.S. History

The AP exams are proctored each May at Ursuline for a fee. Based on the results of the exam, students may receive college credit in that area of study. Click on the following link to discover AP credit policy at individual colleges:
